Weight Loss

Well I stepped on the scale this morning because A dear friend told me I have to weigh in at least every seven to ten days or I'll get discouraged. To my great surprise and joy I have found that I have lost 3 lbs! Can you imagine?, 3 lbs in one week! This is more than I had dared to hope for. Now I can't wait till Monday so I can treadmill some more and since I'm adding bicycling to my routine I am anxious to see how much I lose this week. YAY!
