Day 6
Today I used a different treadmill, I used one called Life Fitness. I definately like it better than the one I used last week. But with this one you have to write down your work out information when it gets to cool down or you'll lose it.
I was on the treadmill for 80 min.
I burned 497 calories.
I walked 3.27 miles.
I did this at an incline of 2 and a speed of 2.9.
I feel great.
No, I wasn't able to do my full 500 but I'll probably burn those 3 calories walking to my car. As usual I was running late so I didn't get to start the cycling but I will tommorow. I also tried to walk at a speed of 3.0 but that is still to fast for me, but I'll keep trying till i finally acheive it.
